Home Matters Dementia C.I.C. Is a family run business that recognises the difficulties that families and their loved ones who have a diagnosis of dementia or age related memory loss, can face each and every day.

We are privileged to share the families dementia journey and we take great pride in our person centred approach to promote the individual’s independence, avoid social isolation and to support the individual to live in their own home
